Semantics or words have meaning

As written previously here at the Greene Opinion, words have meaning (Words...they mean stuff -April 7, 2010). So what words are we concerned about?

Words like religion, philosophy, politics are bandied about and used correctly in context, yet, how often do we contemplate the meaning of these words? These words that literally have the power to shape our lives, to wage war, to destroy buildings, to heal a broken heart, yes, words are power.

Religion is defined as: a cause, principle or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith. Ok what about ardor and faith? Ardor: extreme vigor or energy and faith: an allegiance to a duty or a sincerity of intentions.

So, religion is a cause, principle or belief that is held with extreme vigor and allegiance to a duty. We commonly thing of religion as Christian, Catholic, Mormon, Jew, Muslim, etc. They are all beliefs that various individuals have and depending upon their ardor are held to varying degrees.

What many fail to realize is that to be religious or to have a zealot like conviction to an idea or faith, one does not have to belong to a church, temple or mosque. As a matter of fact a person can be an atheist and hold to their views with religious zeal.

This is the case with what we refer to as the secular religions, i.e. secular humanism, Socialism, Communism and Fascism. As a matter of fact in the case of our current enemy abroad they combine aspects of the Muslim religion with the Fascist religion, despite what the government says. By definition they are an Islamic-Fascist religion.

Same thing goes (or went) for Bill Ayers, Cloward and Piven, Saul Alinsky, Van Jones, etc. they are/were all members of the Communist faith.

Think about it, what is the difference? Christianity says that there is a God, Jesus was His Son and was sacrificed for us to forgive sins and that by faith in that, we obtain salvation and the promise of an afterlife.

Communists says there is no God (that is in essence their God-the fact that we are all worm food-hey, I didn't say it was happy). They are zealous in their approach to that fundamental concept, or dogma.

Then the Communist has Marx and Engels or Lenin or Mao, stop me when you get the idea. That is the Son.

What was the sacrifice? The sacrifice made by those leaders was their lives and in the countries they influenced. They endeavored for the struggle on behalf of their comrades, their brothers and sisters. Sound a little religious to you?

Their main concern is their legacy that they leave behind. Instead of the Christian who only wants to do good for his fellow man and never be acknowledged, the Communist (but also the secular humanist-you hear this a lot among Conservatives who are not Christians) wants to advance the cause and be remembered. That is the only way for them to live on, since their physical remains are worm food.

What is the Nirvana, Heaven, Valhalla, for Communists and Socialists? It is the Utopia. Remember, since they do not believe in God they have to figure a meaning for life, a way we all got here. So it is the Theory of Evolution and the origin of Species, Darwinian philosophy. This encompasses Social Darwinism, Eugenics, Societal Engineering, i.e. Planned Parenthood and other creations of the Leftist Religion are the root of Eugenics/Genocide. (All phrases you can look up here in the Search This Blog section to find articles referencing these phrases.)

You see the Communist believes that man (or at least certain men), once the Revolution has taken place, and subjected to the Revolutionary Vanguard, will abandon, over time, their bourgeoisie needs for materialism and possessions. Eventually, they believe that man would evolve to a place where the need for police was not even necessary. There would be no need for a military anymore as mankind would live in peace and harmony working together from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

Any of these ideas of Utopia sound familiar to you? Think Christianity, except, you know, evil.

So, what does the Socialist believe? Well, entire forests have been cleared by Commies and Socialists to publish books to allow talking heads and blow hard Ivy League Liberals to elaborate on this point, bottom line, Socialism is the road to Communism. Although the Soviet Union was run by the Communist Party, they were actually a Socialist state. They never reached Utopia (as anyone who lived in the Eastern Bloc can tell you).

You see though, mans individual needs to liberty and property must be subjugated to the needs of the group.

That is necessary. No one says so, but it is a fact. You can’t have Communism and or Socialism in a society that wants a Republic, personal property rights or free market capitalism. All of them must eventually go, it is just that it happens in stages. Kind of like termites in the frame of your house. Termites don't get into the wood on Monday and then the entire house collapses on Tuesday, no, it takes a long time.

That is the thing about Socialists, they are patient. They look for key areas to attack one at a time and slowly erode a system from within. Communists not so much, they just want to overthrow the whole thing all at once, you know, never letting a crisis go to waste...where have I heard that before?

So when you hear someone say that you've made enough money, or that we need to spread the wealth around, or that God is bunk and we can’t have any mention of Him, or that we need a New Bill of Rights, a positive Bill of Rights giving rights to the state or that the state is granting you rights and that they are not inherent, realize what you are dealing with- a Communist!

That's not my opinion today, that is fact.
